Damaged & Defective Items:We apologize for the inconvenience if your order arrives with damaged or defective items. We will find a replacement or issue a refund for the product and shipping charges. Please contact a customer service representative immediately at 1-888-407-7609.

Please Note: Our 30 day return policy still applies to damaged or defective items. Be sure to check your order as soon as it arrives for damage or defects!


Refunds: We can issue refunds on products that receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted at the time purchase. If you receive an RMA, you are responsible for the return shipping fees.

If your purchase is defective or an incorrect order fulfillment, it is exempt from any restocking fees and will be replaced or repaired in accordance with warranty and service level terms. All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Orders shipped to an address outside the United States may not be returned.

All components must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Partial, damaged, or incomplete returns will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion.

When to Expect Your Refund: Please allow two billing cycles, or 21 business days, for us to receive your return and process a refund. Note that, unless otherwise stated, your refund:

will be in the same form as your payment for the order, and will be equal to the price of your order, minus shipping and handling, and any indicated restocking fees.
